The run is
bigger than
one question.

RUNNN is structured around the wider rhythm of running. That means some questions are about the four stage product system, some are about gear, and others are simply about getting an order from cart to your door.

002 / FREQUENTLY ASKED

Know the
routine.

The answers below are written around the current RUNNN site, system and supplied product positioning. Where final formulation, nutrition, pricing or device specifications have not yet been approved, the FAQ points you to the final product information rather than inventing details.

RUNNN is built around the full rhythm of running rather than a single moment. The brand brings preparation, mid run fuel, hydration and recovery into one consistent routine, supported by gear and learning content.

For the complete brand story, visit Why RUNNN.

The current RUNNN product system is structured as 01 RUNNN GO for pre run preparation, 02 RUNNN GEL for the mid run fuel stage, 03 HYPERHYDRATE for hydration, and 04 RUNCOVERY for the post run stage.

You can see the complete flow on The System.

No. The system is designed to make each part of the routine clear, but you can start with the stage that best fits the gap in your current running routine and build from there.

RUNNN GO is positioned as Stage 01, the pre run product path. The current product concept identifies it as a pre run caffeine formula. Exact caffeine amount, serving directions, ingredients and warnings should always follow the final approved product label.

See the RUNNN GO page.

RUNNN GEL is Stage 02, the mid run fuel product path. It is designed around portable fuel during the kilometres ahead. Final carbohydrate quantities, ingredients, flavour, serving frequency and nutrition information should be taken from the approved product panel.

See the RUNNN GEL page.

HYPERHYDRATE is Stage 03, the dedicated hydration product path. The supplied concepts identify it as an electrolyte blend in a portable stick sachet format. Final mixing directions, serving size and electrolyte quantities should follow the approved label.

See the HYPERHYDRATE page.

RUNCOVERY is Stage 04, the post run product path. The supplied packaging positions it as a post run formula with the brand language “Recover Stronger” and “Restore. Rebuild. Rehydrate.” Exact ingredients, nutrition and serving directions should follow the final approved product information.

See the RUNCOVERY page.

The RUNNN concept is designed as a connected routine, but exact timing, serving size and maximum intake should follow the final label for each individual product. Do not rely on the visual stage number as a dosing instruction.

Use the final approved product label and the relevant product page. Ingredients, allergen information, caffeine or electrolyte amounts, nutrition panels and serving directions should only be published once the production formulation is confirmed.

The RUNNN Watch sits in the gear range rather than becoming a fifth product stage. Its current positioning is RUNNN Gear / Time, built around movement, time and routine.

Final device features such as sensors, GPS, battery, waterproofing and app compatibility should be confirmed on the final RUNNN Watch page.

No. The RUNNN Pouch is part of the gear range and is positioned around carrying the essentials without interrupting the run. It complements the four stage product system rather than replacing one of the stages.

Browse the Shop, add your chosen products to the Cart, then continue to Checkout.

Order changes depend on whether fulfilment has already started. Use your account order details where available and refer to the site’s returns and support information for the current process.

Shipping costs, delivery coverage and current dispatch information should be taken from the dedicated Shipping page and the checkout summary. That keeps the FAQ aligned with the live fulfilment settings.

Use the dedicated Returns page for the current returns, exchange and refund process. The FAQ intentionally does not duplicate time limits or conditions that may change.

The My Account page is the central place for customer account access and any WooCommerce account functions enabled on the site, including order information where available.

This should follow the live WooCommerce checkout configuration. If guest checkout is enabled, you can complete an order without creating an account. If account creation is required, checkout will guide you through it.

Always follow the final product label and warnings. If you have a health condition, take medication, are sensitive to caffeine or are otherwise unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, seek advice from a qualified health professional before use.

Four stages.
Four clear
product roles.

When a question is really about one product, go straight to its product page. Each page is designed to hold the final approved specification, formulation, instructions and commerce data for that item.

RUNNN / CONSISTENCY / RETURN

Know enough
to keep
showing up.

The point of the FAQ is not to bury the runner in information. It is to remove friction. Understand the stage, know where to find the final product information, then get back to the routine.
